Turkish Delight

These hand cast dragon heads are made from resin and mica pigments

The mica is dusted over the mould prior to casting and takes over half an hour to add all the lovely shiny mica !

The resin takes 3 days to reach full cure and is rock hard, as each is handmade and naturally resin loves to be temperamental you will see bubbles, some rough edges, to put it simply... handmade isn’t perfection 👌

And of course after they are set they then receive a glossy finishing resin coat... yes that’s right these are so smooth and shiny !!!

Width : 75mm

The colour of these is rather difficult to capture (my camera hates anything shiny)

But these photos are as accurate as I can possibly take 🧡

Note ~ Turkish Delight somehow is full of bubbles, and has a rough eyebrow 😂 you can see in the photos, apart from that she is entirely smooth and a gorgeous colour!
